NAME BADGE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Exhibitor name badge registration will be available online beginning November 1, 2007. To register booth personnel and guests for the meeting, enter your booth number as your ID after you've clicked to “Register Online.” If you have purchased multiple booths, enter the lowest booth number. Your password will consist of your booth number plus the first three digits of your company's name in uppercase. If your company name is Howell Dental and your booth number is 100, then your Password is 100HOW. After you have registered your personnel, you may make changes to your registration at anytime online by entering your ID and password. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION POLICY
Exhibitors may register up to 6 people at no charge for each 10x10 booth. Company employees, dentists, and dental personnel are not permitted to register as a guest of an exhibitor and must register under the applicable category on the attendee website. The charge for any additional staff or guests of an exhibitor is $45 per person.

NAME BADGE COLLECTION
Exhibitor name badges may be collected onsite at Exhibitor Registration Wednesday, March 26 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. , Thursday, March 27 and Friday, March 28 from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. , and Saturday, March 29 from 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Name badges will not be mailed prior to the meeting.
