Personally Owned Vehicles (POVs) should enter the ground-level loading dock area from Rusk Street
on the north side of the convention center to unload and load vehicles. A special area at the Hall E
loading docks is designated for POVs. Please follow the instructions of the Freeman personnel when
you arrive. You have 30-minutes to unload and load your vehicles during move-in and move-out.
If you need assistance, please go to the Freeman Decorating Service Desk in the back of the hall and
request a man and dolly for a flat fee of $40 per load/trip. When you are finished unloading, park
your vehicle in Exhibitor Parking Lot directly behind the convention center (East side of the
convention center) on Chartres St.
