Freeman's Internet online ordering service is available on the Star of the South website for you to order Freeman services, print Freeman order forms, and print order forms from exclusive contractors of the George R. Brown. When ordering online, a Login ID and Password will be required. Click on the “Login” link in the top right corner to create a new account if this is your first time to place an order. Save money and order labor in advance! In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheets‚ Freeman must receive your order and payment by March 12, 2008. All display and rigging labor orders placed at show site will be charged an additional 30% above the advance rate.
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high plum, gold and white back drape‚ 3' plum side dividers and a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign. By order of the Fire Marshal, nothing may be attached to this drape.
Exhibits do not include carpet; however, the 10 ft. aisles will be carpeted in plum. The Star of the South mandates that if you order carpet from Freeman for your booth, the carpet must meet the aisle carpet and fit your booth size.
Exhibits also do not include furnishings. Displays, tables, chairs, carpet, drapes other than show drapes, and specialty furniture may be ordered through Freeman. Any additional booth needs such as electrical power, AV, floral, etc., may be ordered through the proper show contractors. Forms for these items may be found when you order online or in your exhibitor kit.
Union Labor may be required for your exhibit installation and dismantle. Please carefully read the Union Rules and Regulations in your exhibitor kit or when you order online to determine your needs. Exhibitors supervising labor will need to pick up and release their labor at the Labor Desk. Refer to the order form under Display Labor for Straight time and Overtime hours.
Exhibitor move-in will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. All exhibits must be fully installed by Wednesday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m. Freight moved into the facility after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26 will be subject to overtime rates.
Exhibitor move-out will take place on
Saturday, March 29, 2008
from 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Freight will be moved out of the facility on Saturday and will be subject to overtime rates. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 8:00 p.m. Freeman will begin returning empty containers to exhibitors to place materials in as soon as the aisle carpet is removed from the exhibit floor. This entire process will take approximately 2 hours. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the exhibitor move-out deadline, please have all carriers check-in at the Freeman Service Center by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday or freight will be re-routed.

The Freeman Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance. Complete the Outbound Shipping Form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.
