T5 – American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED

This interactive course helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The program teaches skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

Learning Objectives:
• How to check an injured or ill person before giving care
• How to perform CPR
• How to use an AED
• How to recognize and render First Aid for illnesses and other emergencies
