Badge Registration

Instructions and Policies

Once you have contracted your booth space, you may register booth personnel beginning March 2021

To register booth personnel and guests for the meeting, click on “Register Online ” below and enter your booth number as your ID. Your PASSWORD will consist of your booth number plus the first three digits of your company’s name in all CAPS. If you have purchased multiple booths, enter the lowest booth number. If your company name is Howell Dental and your booth number is 100, then your Password is 100HOW. After you have registered your personnel, you may make changes to your registration at anytime online by entering your ID and password. If you have trouble logging onto the site, please contact Charlotte Bolls at at (713) 961-4337, ext. 108. For all other inquiries, please contact Eleventh & Gather at (866) 502-2956. 


Exhibitors may register up to 6 people at no charge for each 10×10 booth. Practicing Dentists and dental personnel are not permitted to register as a guest of an exhibitor and must register under the applicable category on the attendee website. The charge for any additional staff or guests of an exhibitor is $45 per person.


Exhibitor name badges may be collected onsite at Exhibitor Registration Thursday, July 22 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 23 from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Name badges will not be mailed prior to the meeting.
